Car Insurance
- In the event of an accident, the hirer is liable for all damages including salvage charges, legal fees and damage to third party property.
- Insurance has to be purchased at $15.00 per day Cars and $25,00 per day for SUVs and 4x4s.
- Subject to non-breach of the rental agreement, liability of damage incurred to the value of $3000 and $4000.00 for 4 wheel drive vehicles is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
- Towing fees, underbody, windscreen and tyre damages are at hirer’s risk. Vat is 15%.
Angels Rental Cars Terms & Conditions:
1. Driver must be 21+ with valid license
2. Credit card required for security deposit
3. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
4. Late returns subject to additional daily charges
5. Fuel policy: Return with same fuel level
6. Insurance coverage included as selected
7. Damage assessment will be conducted at return
8. Additional drivers must be registered
OTHER TERMS:
1. RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Angels Rental Cars and the renter. By booking a vehicle, you agree to these terms.
2. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS – Valid driver’s license required – Minimum age: 21 years – Maximum age: 75 years – International driving permit required for foreign licenses
3. VEHICLE USE ⁃ Vehicle must be used for lawful purposes only – No smoking in vehicles – No pets without prior approval – Maximum occupancy as specified
4. PAYMENT TERMS – Payment due at time of booking – Security deposit required ⁃ Additional charges for damages, late returns, or violations
5. CANCELLATION POLICY ⁃ Free cancellation 24+ hours before pickup
– Partial refund for cancellations within 24 hours – No refund for no-shows
6. LIABILITY – Renter is responsible for all damages – Insurance coverage as per policy terms – Angels Rental Cars not liable for personal belongings
7. RETURN CONDITIONS ⁃ Vehicle must be returned on time – Same fuel level as pickup – Clean condition required – Late fees apply after grace period

Credit Cards
We only Take cash Payments or Bank Transfers (please check with our reservation staff about the bank details )
License
Current drivers license accepted. Minimum age is 23 years with 3 years of driving experience.
Petrol
Not included in the rates. Vehicle must be returned with full tank. Or a Fee of $30.00 plus the fuel cost will be charged
Additional Hours
Will be charged at $25.00 per hour if not informed the company in advance.
